All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it instantly upon delivery — before the courier leaves. Once the courier has departed and delivery is confirmed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

How It Works: Inspect your item when the courier arrives. If you're not happy, hand it back on the spot — no payment required. Once you accept delivery and the courier leaves, the sale is final.

If the courier delivers a clearly wrong or visibly damaged item, refuse delivery immediately and contact us via WhatsApp
